Our Wedding Booking Procedure is simple and makes accommodation for you and your guests, the least of your worries. You receive your very own Account Number to advise your guests of at the time of making a Wedding Group Booking. From here your guests can confidently book their own choice of available apartments and pay their own deposit taking responsibility of their own accommodation. No stress for you!

Our Courtyard two-bedroom apartments are located on the ground floor among the stunning palm tree gardens.
For proximity to the beautiful beach on Waiheke Island and a little added luxury, the two-bedroom Beachfront apartments on the ground floor are just a stone’s throw from the beautiful white sands. (Please note: These apartments do not have seaviews.)
Our two-bedroom apartments sleep up to four guests. They have one King bed (able to split into two King singles), plus one Queen bed or Double bed and a sofa bed (surcharges apply for more than four guests – see our Terms and Conditions for more details).

Our luxury Strand apartments are self-contained with open plan living. Each one has a deck to catch the morning and the afternoon sun and come complete with BBQ and outdoor furniture. These luxury apartments on Waiheke Island offer privacy, exclusivity and covered parking – located at 25 The Strand.
Please note: The Strand apartments do not have access to the spa pool facilities.

Our Courtyard three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is a one-of-a-kind unit and our only three-bedroom apartment. It’s located on the ground floor in our lush palm courtyard area 50 metres from Onetangi Beach.
The apartment features a full kitchen, dining area and lounge, a self-contained outdoor area with a nice patio to enjoy, and a nice outdoor patio to enjoy.
Bedding options include one bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom with a king bed, and a third bedroom with a queen bed, each sharing a second central bathroom. Both king beds can be split into twin single beds if preferred.
Standard rate is for 4 people. The apartment can sleep up to 6 people with a surcharge of $40 per person per night.
